Italy coach Luca Cristofani: We played a difficult match and there was a lot of pressure. The first two sets we made a lot of mistakes but we reacted in last sets and won.
Italy captain Sofia D’Odorico: It was very important for us to show a reaction after the two first sets. We started to play our game and eventually won.
Egypt coach Pantchev Strahil: With each match we gain more experience. Today’s result is the consequence of our progress. We felt more confident on the court.
Egypt captain Farida El Askalany: Our solid passing in the first two sets gave us good options at the net. Unfortunately we couldn’t play on that level for the whole match.
