Eduardo Guillaume has a vast experience in international volleyball. He began his career in 1985 in the Club Atletico Independiente of Argentina, and this experience opened many doors in his home country, he lead major clubs such as Boca Juniors, Buenos Aires City, the National Bank Club, Club Atletico River Plate. In 2000, he moved to Colombia and got a job in the male volleyball team Bolivar (Cartagena). In 2005 he went back to Argentina to coach Club Atletico Belgrano de Córdoba, and from 2008 until 2012 he was the head coach of the Argentinean National squad. He went back to Colombia in 2013 to lead Bolivar women´s volleyball team. And in 2015 he was invited to be the head coach of Colombian women´s national squad.
