Brazil coach Wagner Coppini: My players respected our gameplan impeccably. In the third set, we needed some time to adapt to Bulgaria’s new line-up. We kept calm and believed in our strength.
Brazil captain Rosamaria: It was our best defensive performance in this tournament. We blocked very well. And we took excellent tactical decisions today.
Bulgaria coach Atanas Lazarov: Brazil is a good team and we knew it would be difficult. We started off good but went downhill on second set but tried to recover on the last set but it was too late.
Bulgaria player Gergana Dimitrova: We really wanted to win and go to the final four but we had a lot of pressure on us.
